CHOC NUTS
Choc Nuts is a bold, chocolate-forward coffee with rich nutty notes, designed to perform beautifully across all brew methods.
This pulped natural Brazil from Fazenda Conquista in Minas Gerais sits in our Benchmark category and is our go-to for milk drinks and more traditional espresso styles. Built for consistency and comfort, it delivers deep chocolate sweetness and rounded nutty flavours without sharp edges.
Trusted by baristas and brewed daily by many of our wholesale customers, it’s roasted for balance rather than hype - a coffee you can enjoy every day without fatigue. If you’re after a no-nonsense cup that delivers every time, Choc Nuts won’t let you down.
Producer
Conquista is one of four farms owned by Ipanema Coffees, a specialty coffee group founded in 1969 in Minas Gerais, Brazil. Operating as Ipanema Agrícola S.A., the company was established to produce and export high-quality coffees and has since become one of the most internationally recognised names in the industry. Through long-term relationships with customers in 28 countries, Ipanema Coffees supplies roasters and coffee shops across key markets in Asia, Europe, and the United States.
As the headquarters of Ipanema Coffees, Fazenda Conquista plays a central role in the group’s operations. The farm is home to one of the most advanced coffee processing infrastructures in the world, with high levels of mechanisation across all stages of production, modern warehouses, and on-site container loading facilities. Spanning 2,045 hectares in total, the farm includes 343.56 hectares dedicated to environmental conservation. Of the remaining land, 1,479 hectares are used for agriculture, with 92.8% under drip irrigation - a modern, sustainable system that improves productivity while reducing water use.
