Antonio Mazzzo is the third generation family farmer. Passionate about agriculture, he decided to pursue Agronomy as a career. In 1994, with the expansion of Agriculture in Minas Gerais, Antonio Mazzo moved from Rinopolis-SP to Minas Gerais, with the aim of making his Patrocínio career. In 2000, he decided to fulfill his dream of becoming an entrepreneur, envisioning the future he always dreamed of, opening a input distribution company. In 2005, with the split of this company, Cultura Agronegócios was born.  

The dream of having his own coffee farm became reality in 2009, when he purchased Fazenda Posse da Cachoeira, located in the municipality of Guimarânia, Pântano region, at an altitude of 1210 meters, at latitude coordinates 18°41'58.9' ' S and Longitude 46°50'57.6'' W. It had 70.9 ha of coffee varieties Catuai 62 and Catuai 144.  

 This is a controlled fermentation carried out in drums and lallemand yeast was used to ferment the batch for 36 hours.

Our coffee bags use eco paper, which can be processed like normal paper. Simply separate the tin tie from the bag, and put both straight into the recycling.
