Our Halloween coffee!
We cupped this alongside a range of coffees from Jairo Arcila at World of Coffee Copenhagen, and knew immediately that we wanted this to use as a Halloween coffee.
It's pretty high in acidity, but this is well supported by sweetness, reminding us of fizzy apple sweets, and lime.
This coffee was grown by Jairo at the farm Santa Mónica in Quindío, Colombia. It was exposed to a dry anaerobic fermentation period of 72 hours with the pulp on, and during this fermentation stage, green apples were added. The cherries were then pulped and placed to dry on raised beds until the ideal moisture content was achieved.

Our coffee bags use eco paper, which can be processed like normal paper. Simply separate the tin tie from the bag, and put both straight into the recycling.
