Sensory Skills Professional
The Sensory Skills Professional course builds upon the knowledge and competencies developed in the Intermediate module, equipping learners for managerial roles in the sensory evaluation of coffee and related products.

Through a hands-on, interactive format, participants will:

- Align with established coffee and sensory industry standards
- Learn how to integrate sensory evaluation practices into a coffee-focused business
- Develop the ability to assess and describe the qualities of specialty green coffee
- Acquire the skills to generate consistent, methodical sensory data
- Interpret sensory results with accuracy and clarity

The course is designed to help professionals produce repeatable sensory measurements and apply them confidently in a quality control or product development context.

Assessment includes a written exam to verify theoretical understanding and a practical exam evaluating the learner’s sensory analysis capabilities through a series of structured exercises.

Prerequisites:
Completion of the Sensory Skills Intermediate course is required.
